As Director and Principal Licensee Jacques leads the team of professionals that facilitates the custodianship of the Property Management, Leasing and Projects activity of Truway Property Group.

Jacques has achieved sustained successes since 2007 working respectively for leading top tier commercial agencies such as CBRE and Colliers International.  Specialising in Western Australia with a wealth of hands-on property management, leasing and project delivery expertise, in various senior roles that includes the management of assets tenanted by notable brands such as Apple, Louis Vuitton, Nespresso, Optus, Vodafone,  Woolworths, Probe Group, Caltex, McDonalds, Red Rooster, Worksafe, and many others. Some notable premium assets managed by Jacques includes assets owned by Primewest, Old Swan Brewery, Far East Organization, Perth Airport Park One, Crime and Corruption Commission, EG Funds. Acting in the capacity of Senior Asset Manager for the KAO Group of Companies, Jacques oversees the comprehensive performance management of the Gallop Investments property portfolio.

Brining considerable institutional, private investment and asset management experience to the table, Jacques has been actively involved in the acquisition, property management, leasing, project, refurbishment and divestment activities in excess of $500m across all asset classes of office, industrial and retail assets.
